It’s been awhile since our last blog posts, but we’re still alive. Where have we been? It’s been a busy spring for both of us with work and other changes. The biggest has been the Elf’s recent move from Vancouver back to Calgary.

Over the next few weeks we plan to post about a recent backpacking trip with the Cubs, and the planning process for our next epic adventure, the Teton Crest trail in Wyoming.

Beautiful morning in Kananaskis @Albertaparks

Cavell meadows are not open yet.
Deep snow remains in the Cavell Meadows.

Highwood pass (highway 40, Kananaskis trail) is now open following avalanche control work. Pretty rare we do that in June !!!
